Music on the Beach is possible only because of the excellent support of the City of Tarpon Springs.  Our Commissioners, led by Mayor Billiris, proudly help greet concert-goers and performers throughout the year; they have also committed partial funding and assisted in other resource development efforts toward construction of the proposed Sunset Beach Pavilion and other beach enhancements.

The Tarpon Springs Department of Public Services (Paul Smith, Public Services Director)  and Recreation Division (under Margie Prichard) have been consistent supporters of Music on the Beach, allocating staff and volunteers to oversee essential services at each concert.  Recreation Division employees Daniela and Scott work long hours to make each event a success. Tarpon Springs Fire and Police Departments also stand by to ensure the safety of everyone attending concerts.

Special thanks also go to the Tarpon Springs Performing Arts & Cultural Centers under the direction of Dr. Kathleen Monahan, whose support and guidance have played an important role in the establishment and development of Music on the Beach as a public celebration of the arts and cultural life available in Tarpon Springs.
